Principle of Operation  

With SONOSEP^TM technology, the fluid passes a MHz-range ultrasonic standing wave field that is transducted through the vessel walls containing the fluid. As a result of acoustic field-particle interaction, suspended particles down to the 1µm size range are captured within the antinodes of the field and removed from the fluid.
