The Sonosep Controller SC 012 was developed for tests at benchtop scale laboratory use. The device can be set for a broad range of operation frequencies (70KHz up to 7MHz). The power output up to 12 Watts is perfectly suited for small flow rates and separation quantities, up to several litres per hour. 

Frequency control allows for automatic fine tuning towards optimized operating frequency for standing wave generation within the separation chamber.

The device also features a built in timer for discontinuous operation and IO interface e.g. for synchronisation of pumps.

Sonosep Controller SC 300 is available for factory preset operation frequencies from 500kHz up to 5MHz. Power output ranges up to 300 Watts and is perfectly suited for larger scale applications were optimum operating frequency has already been determined.

Optionally, the device is equipped with timer control or interface module allowing for complete external control.





Higher power requirements are realised by a modularised power station design capable of providing Multi-kW driving signals to industrial scale ultrasonic separation systems.
